Measurement Buoy

The measurement buoy is a quick-deployment system for the measurement of surface water quality. Also available is an inter-changeable long sensor-protection housing for deployment of 2 multi-parameters probes in tandem (i.e. one near surface and the second at configurable depth).

The buoy is equipped with self sustainable solar-powered system and wireless-enabled controller, for upload of real-time measurement data. The light-weight and modular design allow quick field assembly, easy transportation and deployment.

Versatile Configuration

• System configuration programmable via remote wireless connection.
• Interface to various multi-parameters probe brands.
• Able to take 2 sensors.
• Inter-changeable between standard housing (single sensor deployment) and optional long housing (for 2 sensors deployment).
• Remote diagnostic and error log.

Ease of Use

• Easy Deployment: With light weight and modular assembly design, the entire deployment can be carried out by 2 persons.
• High Maintainability: The entire logger system unit can be easily removed or swapped from the top assembly of the buoy.
• Top Access: Both sensors can be retrieved from measurement buoy via the top assembly.
• Simple Anchorage: With the non-entangling design, only a single-point hassle-free anchorage is required (even for the case of 2-sensors tandem deployment).
